Tuscany Manor, Palm Springs

Tuscany Manor is a delightful spot for a family getaway with its spacious rooms and inviting pool area, providing a tranquil atmosphere to relax. The exceptional service from the staff, particularly Pete, truly enhances the experience. However, it might not have the high-end luxuries some look for, and it's important to know that some amenities, like breakfast, are not offered on-site.

This resort spa offers spacious suites with a well-maintained pool area, creating a serene vacation atmosphere. While the manager's exceptional service and the peaceful surroundings were highlights, the cleanliness in some areas and the dated furnishings left room for improvement.

I had a mixed experience at the resort. While the pool area and outdoor spaces were beautifully maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere, the cleanliness of the room, particularly in the kitchen, left a bit to be desired. The location was convenient for getting to Palm Springs, and the manager provided excellent service. However, I encountered issues with room supplies and inconsistent cleaning services that made my stay less enjoyable overall.
